Winner: Bruce
Bruce must be stressed, his tie is a mess! It's scrunched up near the knot and slightly askew. But the orange and red combo looks great and I like the diagonal pattern with the pinstriped suit. Martin's tie is crisply tied and a respectable pattern, but nothing visually interesting, though props to Martin for wearing Canadien bleu et rouge.
